  19. That is how I normally view things, but for some reason I thought I had
  20. read something in the docs that essentially said, "If you just want to muck
  21. about, feel free to use the demo; if you want to do serious work with
  22. AmiTCP, order the registered version."  As a mucker who wouldn't know where
  23. to start doing serious work, I've just been using the demo.

  25. I looked through the docs again today.  The closest I could find to the
  26. comment I thought I had read earlier was the comment, "If you just want to
  27. use AmiTCP/IP you need just 'demo'. If you want to write your own
  28. applications you need 'sdk', too. Number in the name corresponds to
  29. distribution version."  I just wanted to us AmiTCP so I just used demo.  I
  30. also didn't find any of the usual kind of comments in the docs like "If you
  31. use this product for more than 30 you must register, etc."

  33. Anyway, I am enjoying AmiTCP for use with Mosaic, and hope to enjoy it when
  34. another web browser hits the market, so I guess it is time to register
  35. AmiTCP.  I hope the registered version doesn't confuse me or the AmiTCP
  36. installation that I currently have!
